DISCOVER THE CANVAS STUDIO is looking to expand their team with a Studio Administrative Assistant!

This individual will be the face to greet clients + deal with inquiries; 

To be successful in this position you must;

  • Administrative Experience 

  • Provide great customer service + maintain client relations

  • Be able to multi-task

  • Be outgoing 

  • Be self-motivated

  • Be detail oriented 

DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain scheduling + bookings for multiple artists 

  • Social media marketing + website maintenance 

  • Inventory management 

  • Intermediate book-keeping

  • Assist artists with set-up + tear down of stations

  • Overall cleanliness of the studio 

TERMS

  • Minimum 11:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

  • Starting at $16/hour
